You will never be just a number here. Every member of Lookout’s team is an integral part of all that we do. Our team members regularly participate in product development and strategic planning. At Lookout, we understand that our team members, vendors, and customers, all contribute to our ability to stay ahead of the curve and deliver innovative products and services.

First, to market with an electronic employment verification (Form I-9) compliance tool, Lookout’s I-9 intelligence software streamlines and simplifies the employment verification process, alerting employers to upcoming deadlines, highlighting missing information, and tracking forms every step of the way. Our team of I-9 specialists is ready and able to assist with more complex issues related to Form I-9, such as E-Verify, ICE Audits, and other employment-related issues.
